Kitchen renovations
Kitchen renovations for North Shore homes.
We start with how the room is used, what needs to change and the practical access for the property.
The lower-shore and station centres bring apartment and strata conditions into the planning. Loading access, lift bookings, protection and permitted hours need to sit alongside the kitchen design. The surrounding streets and upper shore add established houses where the kitchen may connect to dining, living or outdoor areas, so island scale, sightlines and pantry storage are planned with the open room.
Established family-home renovations
The kitchen can be planned as part of a broader living area, with island proportions, integrated appliances and nearby cabinetry considered together.
Upper-shore kitchen and pantry projects
Larger rooms can support generous pantries and long cabinetry runs, but storage zones and walking distances still need discipline. We plan what belongs in the working kitchen and what can move to a secondary zone.

Measure and plan
We measure on site, then settle the layout, storage, surfaces and appliances with you. Usually about 2–6 weeks.

Made in our workshop
Your cabinetry is made to the confirmed measurements before the old kitchen comes out. Usually about 4–8 weeks.

Removal and installation
We remove the old kitchen and install the new cabinetry, with the plumbing and electrical work sequenced around it. Usually about a week on site.
04
Benchtops, splashback and handover
Stone and porcelain benchtops are templated once the cabinets are fixed, then the splashback and final adjustments follow. Usually about 1–2 weeks.

Do you renovate kitchens across the full North Shore?
We work across the North Shore suburbs listed in this directory, from lower-shore centres through the upper shore and Hornsby area. Northern Beaches suburbs are not included in this coverage.
Can you coordinate an apartment kitchen installation?
Cabinetry delivery and installation requirements are planned around confirmed building conditions. The owner still needs to obtain the required strata or building approvals and provide the applicable access requirements before dates are locked in.
Can a new kitchen include a butler's pantry?
Often, yes. Where the floor plan allows, a butler's pantry or scullery is planned with the main kitchen so appliances, benches and storage sit in the right place and the finishes match.
How much does a kitchen renovation cost?
As a planning guide, a smaller replacement with limited layout changes typically costs around $25,000–$35,000, a more involved renovation with upgraded cabinetry and finishes $35,000–$60,000, and complex, high-specification work $60,000–$100,000 or more. The layout, the amount of cabinetry, the benchtop and splashback materials, appliances and any plumbing or electrical changes make the difference. Your written quote is based on your measured room.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
A typical full kitchen renovation takes about 10–14 weeks from the first measure to handover. Most of that is design and making the cabinetry in our workshop; you are usually without a working kitchen for about 2–4 weeks while the old kitchen comes out, the new one goes in and the benchtops and splashback are fitted. Your quote includes a schedule for your kitchen.
Can you change the kitchen layout or add an island?
Often, yes. We check the room, the walkways and where the plumbing, gas and power run, then show you what moving the sink or cooktop, or adding an island, would involve before you decide.
