What shapes the cost of custom joinery.
The price follows how much cabinetry the wall or room needs, the front style and finish (laminate, timber or two-pack paint), how much is concealed storage versus open shelving or display, the hardware and any integration of a TV, desk or appliances, and the trickiness of the install — scribing to uneven walls, working around windows or fitting under a staircase. We work through those details at the measure, so the written quote covers exactly the joinery being made.

What does custom joinery include?

What's the difference between custom joinery and flat-pack cabinets?
Custom joinery is measured and built to your exact dimensions, so it scribes neatly to walls and ceilings and uses awkward corners properly. Flat-pack comes in fixed sizes that leave gaps and fillers. The custom path gives a cleaner, more built-in result that lasts.
Can you build a custom entertainment or TV unit?
Yes. Entertainment and TV units can be planned around the wall, with concealed cabling, closed storage, open shelving and finishes that relate to the rest of the room. A site measure gives us the dimensions and junctions needed to finish the design.
Do you make home-office and study joinery?
We do — built-in desks, drawers, overhead storage and shelving planned around how you work and the gear you need to store. It can be a single study wall or joinery that runs across a whole room, with cable management built in from the start.
Which materials and finishes can I choose for custom cabinetry?
You can choose timber, laminate or two-pack painted finishes in shaker, flat-panel or handleless profiles, with soft-close hardware and pulls in brushed nickel, black or timber. We help you weigh look, durability and cost, and pair the finishes so the cabinetry reads as one palette.
