Kitchen Cabinetry

Kitchen cabinetry for Zetland homes.

Where the layout works, new cabinetry can replace the old without moving plumbing or electrical points, which keeps the approval and the job simpler in a strata building.

Cabinet replacement in the same layout

New carcasses, doors and drawers built to the existing footprint, keeping the sink and cooktop where they are.

Overheads to the ceiling

Wall cabinets made to the ceiling height, adding storage without taking floor space.

Drawers instead of cupboards

Deep pot drawers and pull-outs in the base cabinets, so nothing is lost at the back of a cupboard.

Before you enquire

Kitchen cabinetry questions in Zetland.

Can you replace just the kitchen cabinets?

Yes, where the layout works. We measure the existing kitchen, make new cabinetry to suit and check whether the benchtop and splashback can stay or should be replaced with it.

How long does custom kitchen cabinetry take to make and install?

Cabinetry is usually made in our workshop in about 4–8 weeks once the design is confirmed, then usually takes a day or two on site to install. The exact timeline depends on the number of cabinets, the finish and any appliance integration. You get a realistic schedule with your quote.

What is included in kitchen cabinetry and joinery?

It covers the cabinet-making core of the kitchen: doors, drawers, pantries, overhead and tall cabinets, island and appliance cabinetry, plus the soft-close hinges, runners and handles. The cabinetry is made to measure and can be planned as a standalone job or part of a full kitchen.

Can you replace just the kitchen cabinets and keep the rest?

Yes. If the layout still works, we can replace the cabinetry on its own and keep your existing benchtop, splashback or appliances where it makes sense. A cabinetry-only upgrade is a faster, lower-cost way to refresh a tired kitchen.

What cabinet door style and finish should I choose?

Shaker doors suit classic and Hamptons-style kitchens, flat-panel and handleless profiles suit a contemporary look, and finishes range from painted and laminate to timber veneer. We help you weigh durability, cleaning and look against your benchtop and the rest of the home.
